We live in a society where there are competitions in every area of life. This competition and the strive for excellence is severe especially with those children who are studying in the 10th standard and the 12th standard. When students are not able to get good marks or grades, parents just tend to blame them for not excelling in academics. It is this issue that i would like to tackle and help both the parents and the students so that they are able to excel in academics. I act as a mentor to students for a whole academic year and help the students and the parents to discover what the child is lacking and also create an academic schedule for the students. I guarantee that if the students follow the time schedule, the academic schedule and the advices and strategies given by me, they could improve greatly on their academics. I have about 5 years of expereince of being a mentor to students and my doctoral dissertation is also done on academic achievement.
